Having run her own micro businesses in different sectors for nearly 30 years, Tina knows a thing or two about how the smallest of businesses tick.
Helping micro businesses to guide them with development & growth is the key focus of Tina’s day to day life. Working one to one with the business owner or stepping in while they take a break, Tina Boden, The Tiny Troubleshooter, and sometimes Mrs B, The B and B Keeper, ensures the wellbeing of the micro business, and it’s owner, is as good as it can be.
Tina, always keen to make a difference through positive action, co-founded #MicroBizMatters Day and The #MicroBizMatters Movement with Tony Robinson OBE. The pair, on a constant mission to make life in micro business better, host the only annual day anywhere of recognition, action and learning for those that employ 0 to 9 and turnover less than 2 million annually held on the second Friday in January every year.
A constant connector, Tina is always bringing people and organisations together to make a difference.
She is a problem solver, a speaker, a writer and a giver of time in her voluntary roles as Chair of the Andrew McGeown Legacy Fund, a constituted branch of the RNLI and Honorary Treasurer of Scarborough Lifeboat Management Group.
